Total Pax Reports

The Total Pax report provides an overview of the number of passengers operated during a selected time period. You can view passenger totals by day, week, or month, making it easy to track activity and monitor trends over time. Reports can also be filtered by predefined or custom date ranges and exported as a CSV file for further analysis.

Click on the "Reports" tab on the left hand side of the dashboard. Click on "Total pax"

By default, you can view passenger totals on a monthly basis. Click Months to display the number of operated passengers for each month within the selected date range (current year up to date). This view is useful for reviewing long-term trends and comparing monthly performance.

To view passenger totals by week, click Weeks. The report will update to display the total number of operated passengers for each week, giving you a more detailed breakdown of activity over time.

For a day-by-day overview, click Days. This view displays the number of passengers operated each day, making it easier to identify busy days or monitor daily passenger volumes.

Use the Date filter to select the time period you want to review. You can choose from several predefined ranges, including:

Alternatively, select Custom to define your own date range. Once selected, the report will automatically update to display passenger totals for the chosen period.

The report below shows the total number of passengers operated during the Previous Month. Use this view to quickly review passenger volumes for the selected period and compare performance across different timeframes.

To export the report, click Download CSV. This will generate a CSV file containing the passenger totals for the selected date range, allowing you to open the data in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis or reporting.
