Resource Calendar

Written by PaxFlow Customer Support

The Resources tab of the Operations Calendar shows your resources, such as vehicles and equipment, and their assignments day by day. You can see which resources are assigned, unassigned, or in conflict, filter the resources, and create assignments and unavailability.

If Calendar has a lock icon in the Operations menu, departures are not turned on for your company, or your user group does not have access to the page. To turn on departures, ask PaxFlow support. To get access, ask an admin in your company to change your user group in Settings > User groups.

Accessing the Resource Calendar

  1. Go to Operations > Calendar.

  2. Click the Resources tab. The calendar shows one row for each resource. The default view is 3 Days.

To find a resource by name, enter its name in Search resources....

To filter by status, click Status, then select one or more options:

  • Assigned: resources that have an assignment in the days you see.

  • Unassigned: resources that have no assignment in the days you see.

  • Conflicts: resources that have a conflict. A resource has a conflict when two of its assignments are at the same time.

  • In Progress: resources that have an assignment that is running now.

  • Tour: the resource carries pax on the tour.

  • Drop-off: the resource carries pax after the tour.

If no pax are placed on the resource yet, a departure block shows Tour and a pickup block shows Pickup. Unavailability blocks have no badge. In the image below, the block has the Tour badge.
