User groups in PaxFlow help you manage access to different features and sections of the system. You can create user groups to match different roles, update them as needs change, and remove groups that are no longer required.
Accessing User groups
Click on "Settings" and then click on "User groups"
User Groups
When first accessing the user groups you have six pre existing user groups. They are Operations Manager, Customer Support, Driver, Guide, Crew and Sales & Marketing. These user groups can´t be edited or deleted. If you click on "Show more" on a user group you can see what features in PaxFlow that user has access to.
Click on "Show less" to collapse the list again.
Editing a user group.
To edit one of the user groups you have created, click on "Edit" on the group.
Then you can make the changes you need, like change the name or description, or add or remove features from the sections area.
Make sure to click on "Update User Group" when you are happy with the changes.
A success message appears and you have updated the user group.
Deleting a user group
On the user group you want to delete, click on "Delete"
A pop up opens up asking if you want to delete the user group, click on the "Delete" button to do so.
A success message "User group deleted successfully" appears and you have deleted the user group.
