Creating a new user group

User groups in PaxFlow help organize access to different features and sections of the platform. By setting up user groups, you can decide which areas are available to specific users, making it easier to manage access across your team.

Accessing user groups

Click on "Settings" and then click on "User groups"

Creating a new user group

In the user groups, click on "Create Group" to create a new user group.

Now you can start creating your group, click on the "Group Name" field and type in the name of the user group.

Next you can add a description to the user group if you want to. To do so click the "Description (Optional)" field.

Choosing Sections

Under "Sections" you can select what features in PaxFlow this user group will have access to. click on the module to extend it

Then you can choose what section under the module you want to grant the group access to.

Do this for all the modules and sections you want to add to the user group.

Once you have selected all the sections you can click on "Create User Group"

User group created

A success message "User group created successfully" will appear and you have created a new user group.
