Invite User to PaxFlow
The following step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of adding a new user to your Paxflow account.
Accessing Users
On the left hand side of the dashboard click on "Settings" and click on "Users"
Click on the "Invite user" button
Fill in the E-mail address of the user you want to invite
and choose the role for the user, here we are choosing "Admin"
A pop up appears letting you know that Admins have access to all features.Then click on "Invite User"
And then you have successfully added a new user to your PaxFlow account.
E-mail invited user gets
Once you have invited a user to PaxFlow, they receive the E-mail shown below. To start using PaxFlow new users need to click on "Set your password" and follow the steps of the login process.
Invite user from User Name
You can also add a new user by clicking your user name in the top right corner and go to settings from there.
Click on the "Invite user" button
Fill in the E-mail address of the user you want to invite
and choose the role for the user, here we are choosing "User"
When choosing "User" you need to choose a "User Group", let´s choose "Operation Manager"
Then you will get listied up the "Selected Permissions" that user group has, then click on "Invite User"
And then you have successfully added a new user to your PaxFlow account.
