To enable WhatsApp messaging in PaxFlow, you first need to purchase WhatsApp credits through your subscription. Without credits, WhatsApp settings and messaging features won’t be available. You can purchase credits for as little as $10 to get started.
After adding credits you’ll need to connect your WhatsApp Business account first.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process step by step, from logging in with Facebook to setting up your business details and verifying your phone number. Just follow along, and you’ll be ready to send WhatsApp messages through PaxFlow in no time.

Accessing WhatsApp Settings.
Click on "Settings" and then click on "Message Settings"
In Message Settings, click on the "WhatsApp SettingsBETA" tab.
Starting the Configuration.
Click on Login with Facebook to start the process.
A pop up message will appear, click "I Understand - Connect Facebook"
Click on Continue as .... to advance to the next step.
And click on "Get Started" to start setting up WhatsApp
Creating a new Business Portfolio
If you don´t have a Business portfolio leave the "Create a business portfolio" selected, then add the name of your company in the "Business name" field, add your e-mail address in the "Business Email" field and add your website in the "Business website or profile page" field. Lastly select your country.
Once all the information is filled out click on "Next"
Choosing your existing Business Portfolio
If you have an existing Buisness Portfolio, choose the one you intend on using for WhatsApp in PaxFlow from the dropdown.
Then click on "Next"
Selecting your setup for WhatsApp Business.
We suggest to select "Start with a new WhatsApp phone number" and then click on "Next"
Creating a new WhatsApp Business Account
If you don´t have a WhatsApp business account select "Create a WhatsApp Business Account" and "Create a new WhatsApp Business profile"
Now you need to add the name of your WhatsApp Business account.
Choose the Category of your company and the Time zone
Once all the information needed is filled out click on "Next"
Choosing an existing WhatsApp Business Account
If you have an existing WhatsApp Business Account then choose from the drop down for "Create or Select a WhatsApp Business Profile" - "Create a new WhatsApp Business profile"
And then click on "Next"
Choose the Category for your business
Here is chosen "Travel and Transportation"
And then click on "Next"
Add your WhatsApp phone number
You can choose to get a free WhatsApp number from meta or use your own number, to use your own click on "Add a new number"
Verify your WhatsApp number
Next you need to add your country code and phone number and you can choose to verify your number via Text message or Phone call
here we have chosen "Phone call" to verify and then click on "Next"
You should get a Verification code via SMS or Phone call and once you have added the Verification code click on "Next"
and then click on "Continue"
while the accounts are being connected this screen will pop up.
Finish the setup
And to finish the setup click "Finish"
Setting up WhatsApp Business Platform in PaxFlow
Now you need to add the same phone number as you used during the setup and then reconfigure WhatsApp to finish the setup.
and click on "Register Phone Number"
It can take up to 24 hours for Meta to approve your WhatsApp account - the status will be shown as "Creating" while you wait for the approval.
Successfully connected WhatsApp to PaxFlow
Once approved, the status changes to "Online" and now you should have successfully added WhatsApp Business to your PaxFlow account.
