✅ PaxFlow works with the WhatsApp Business Platform (API)
The WhatsApp Business Platform (sometimes called WhatsApp Business API or Cloud API) is a professional messaging solution.
This is the version that allows automation and integrations, including PaxFlow.
Why this version is required:
Supports automated departure reminders, changes, rescheduling links, etc.
Allows multiple team members to answer customer messages
Uses approved WhatsApp message templates
Designed for customer service and volume messaging
Complies with WhatsApp business policies
➡️ If you are currently using a personal WhatsApp number or WhatsApp Business App number, it will not work with PaxFlow. You will need to set up a new phone number for the WhatsApp Business Platform to use with PaxFlow.
