To enable WhatsApp messaging in PaxFlow, you first need to purchase WhatsApp credits through your subscription. Without credits, WhatsApp settings and messaging features wonโt be available.
Please not that WhatsApp pricing can not be specified per message upfront since it depends on the type of message and the market (phone number) you are sending to. It works similar to the WhatsApp pricing in your WhatsApp business account. PaxFlow adds a small margin on top of the WhatsApp pricing to cover the integration and operational cost of the connection. PaxFlow offers daily WhatsApp usage reports after messages are sent.

As an example Utility messages in the North American market sent via PaxFlow start from $0.00625 whereas Marketing messages start from $0.03125 per message. Service messages, i.e. when you reply to a customer inquiry via the PaxFlow WhatsApp Chat are free.

Perform the following steps to add WhatsApp credits to your PaxFlow account:
Click on "Settings" and then click "Subscription & Billing"
Scroll down to find Add-Ons, choose the amount of credits you want to add and click on "Update" by WhatsApp Credits.
Make sure to click on "Yes" to confirm the payment.
If you have an active PaxFlow subscription your credit card will be charged and you will just need to refresh the page to find WhatsApp Settings.
