WhatsApp Usage reports

PaxFlow WhatsApp Usage Reports provide a clear snapshot of messaging activity, including total usage, daily averages, peak days, and detailed daily breakdowns. With flexible date range options, it's easy to track trends and monitor performance over time.

Click on "Reports" and then click on "WhatsApp Usage Reports"

Under WhatsApp Usage Reports you can select a date range to show usage on, View the Total Usage, Average Daily usage, Peak Usage and Total Days within the chosen date range. There is also a Daily Usage Breakdown where you can see the Total usage within the date range and Daily Average.

Here the report is showing summary for 11 days. Click on the "Expand All Days" to see daily breakdown.

You can always choose how many dates are displayed on one page by clicking on the "/page" drop down - lets display 100 per page.

Click on "Collapse" to close the daily usage breakdown again.

You can also choose a custom date range by clicking on the calendar on the date range picker.

Choose the start and end date - and then the system will automatically update.

Then the total Days has changed to 39 from 11. Click on "Expand All Days" to view the Daily Usage Breakdown.

And you can click on "Reset to Default" to get the default date range, the current month that is the default range.

And then you can see that the Total Days is back to 11.
