Written by PaxFlow Customer Support

The Total pax report shows how many pax you operated in a period. Use it to follow your pax numbers by day, week, or month, and to export them to a CSV file.

Open the Total pax report

  1. Go to Reports > Total pax. The Total PAX page opens. The chart shows the pax from 1 January of this year to today.

What the report shows

  • One bar for each day, week, or month in the period. The height of the bar is the number of pax.

  • Move the pointer to a bar to see the period and the number of pax.

  • Weeks start on Monday. The report uses the time zone of your company.

  • If the period has no pax, the page shows No data for this period.

The report counts pax by the departure date, not by the booking date. If the period includes future dates, the report also counts pax on future departures.

The report counts pax on confirmed bookings and on cancelled bookings. It also counts pax on bookings that are marked as arrived, no-show, or dropped off. It does not count deleted bookings, or bookings with other statuses, for example requested, reserved, or rejected.

Change the period

  1. Click the date range button. It has a calendar icon and shows the current dates. A calendar opens.

  2. Click the first day of the period.

  3. Click the last day of the period. The calendar closes and the report shows the new period.

To select one day, click the same day two times. To show the current month in the calendar, click Today. To close the calendar with no change, click Cancel. On a phone, click Done after you click the last day.

To use a preset period:

  1. Click Presets.

  2. Select Last week, This week, Previous Month, Current Month, Previous Year, or Current Year. The report shows the new period.

Last week and This week go from Monday to Sunday. Current Month and Current Year go to the last day of the month or the year. They can include pax on future departures.

Show days, weeks, or months

  1. Click Days, Weeks, or Months. The chart shows one bar for each day, week, or month.

When you change the period, the report selects the grouping again. A period of up to one week shows days. A period of up to one month shows weeks. A longer period shows months.

Export the report

  1. Click Download CSV. Your browser downloads a CSV file with one row for each bar in the chart.

Each row has the date of the day, week, or month and the number of pax. For a week, the date is the first day of the week. Download CSV is not available while the report loads, or when the period has no pax.

Notes

  • The page address keeps the period and the grouping. You can bookmark the page or send the link to a colleague.

  • If Total pax is gray in the Reports menu, your user group does not have access to the report. To get access, ask an admin in your company to change your user group in Settings > User groups.

  • If the report shows Could not load this report, select a different period or reload the page.
