The pax metric in PaxFlow is calculated based on the following criteria:

All pax (number of passengers) are counted in all activities synced into PaxFlow where:

  • activity status is any of the following: CONFIRMED, NO_SHOW, ARRIVED, DROPPED_OFF, and CANCELLED.

  • product vendor is any vendor

  • start date & time being in the selected date range for a given month

  • non-combo activities/bookings are counted normally

  • for combo activities - the combo parent activity is ignored and combo children activities (the operational activities) are counted each on its own (separately). So for example if there is combo parent activity X and combo children activities A an B the logic would sum PAX number from activity A and activity B and add them to the total count.

The following activities are excluded from the pax metric:

  • Activities that are CANCELLED due to a rebooking, either made within PaxFlow or the source booking system, as long as it can identified as a rebooking.
