Pax Metric in PaxFlow

How Passenger Numbers Are Counted in PaxFlow

The passenger count in PaxFlow is based on the number of passengers on activities taking place within the selected date range.

Passenger numbers are included when:

  • The activity takes place during the selected reporting period.

  • The activity has one of the following statuses:

    • Confirmed

    • Arrived

    • Dropped Off

    • No Show

    • Cancelled

  • The activity belongs to any product or vendor synced to PaxFlow.

Combo Tours

If a booking includes multiple operational activities (for example, a combo tour), PaxFlow counts the passengers for each individual activity. The parent booking itself is not included in the total, helping prevent the same booking from being counted twice.

What Isn't Counted?

Passenger numbers are not included for activities that were cancelled because the booking was rescheduled. This applies whether the reschedule was made in PaxFlow or in your connected booking system.

Note: To learn more about viewing passenger numbers, see the Total Pax Reports article.
