Cancellation Requests

The cancellation requests list is very useful to to handle submitted PaxPortal cancellation requests from customers.

On the left-hand side of the screen, select Bookings and click on Cancellation Requests.

The bookings are by default ordered by the newest booking on top of the list, you can use the "Requested date" calendar to search specific dates.

Select the start time period that you want to see or search for the booking information you are looking for. You can search by customer's name, email address, phone number, or booking ID. The list will show up when you've selected the criteria you want to see.

Requested: Date of cancellation request.

Booking: Booking ID.

Start time: Departure date and time

Activity: Name of the activity booked.
Pax: Number of participants booked. Click the number of pax to get the pax breakdown.

Customer: Name and email information

Seller

Reason: Reason for cancellation requested. Hover over the reason to see the whole text.
Payment​: status of payment

Status: Booking status.
Request: Cancellation approved or declined.
