Cancellation Requests

The cancellation requests list is very useful to to handle submitted PaxPortal cancellation requests from customers.

Accessing Cancellation Requests

On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "Bookings" and click on "Cancellation Requests".

And then you will access the overview of cancellation requests.

The bookings are by default ordered by the newest booking on top of the list, you can use the "Requested date" calendar to search specific dates.

Filter list view

Select the start time period that you want to see, you can filter by Last Week, This Week, Previous Month, Current Month, Previous Year and Current Year.

You can also search for a specific time range by selecting the date range in the calendar.

Search for the booking information you are looking for. You can search by customer's name, email address, phone number or booking ID. The list filer once you've selected the criteria you want to see. ​

Hide completed requests.

You can also view only new requests by clicking on the "Hide completed" field.

Then you will only see new requests. Click on the "Hide completed" field again to view all requests again.

Accepting or Declining Cancellation requests

When clicking on the "New" dropdown you can choose to "Accept Request" or "Decline Request"
