Cancellation Settings
Cancellation request can be sent by the customer to the operator from PaxPortal.
In PaxPortal admin page, select PaxPortal and navigate to Customer Portal Settings where you can set the default cancellation settings on PaxPortal for all products and departures.
Here you can enable this feature and set the cutoff time for cancellation requests.
The last step is to save the changes and a Success message will appear on the top right corner.

Now your customers are only able to send a cancellation request from PaxPortal within the time you set on your Pax admin page.
If Cancellation setting is set to Disabled, your customers are not allowed to send cancellation requests.
