Under rescheduling you can choose to allow rescheduling on tours on PaxPortal and you can adjust the cutoff time on rescheduling. You can allow rescheduling before arrival and on resold bookings (bookings received through resellers or OTAs) or disable it with a simple switch of the toggle buttons. Make sure to adjust the Cut-off time according to your company policy.

Note: We recommend keeping Rescheduling for resold bookings disabled. Most resellers and online travel agencies (OTAs) manage booking changes through their own platforms. Allowing customers to reschedule these bookings through PaxPortal can lead to discrepancies between systems and may cause issues with the reseller booking.
