Set cut-off time for reschedule

Reschedule departures/bookings can be done by the customer on PaxPortal.
You can set the cutoff time for reschedule bookings/departures before arrival.

In PaxPortal admin, select Default settings and navigate to Reschedule Settings where you can set the default reschedule settings on PaxPortal for all products and departures.

Here you can enable this feature and set the cutoff time for booking/departure reschedule.

The last step is to save the changes.

Now your customers are only able to reschedule bookings/departures within the time you set on your Pax admin page.
If Reschedule setting is set to Disabled, your customers are not allowed to reschedule bookings.
