Set cut-off time for reschedule

Reschedule Settings.

Reschedule departures/bookings can be done by the customer on PaxPortal.
You can set the cutoff time for reschedule bookings/departures before arrival.

Go to https://admin.paxflow.io/ select Settings and navigate to Products where you can set the default reschedule settings on PaxPortal for all products and departures.

Here you can adjust if you want the products to be shown in PaxPortal and if you want to Allow rescheduling.

Now your customers are only able to reschedule bookings/departures within the time you set on your Pax admin page.

If Reschedule setting is set to Disabled, your customers are not allowed to reschedule bookings on that product. You can see here how to turn on or off rescheduling on all tours.

Searching options.

You can also search for products by their product code or name if you want to quickly find a specific product to adjust.

You can also click on "Actions" to open the product in Bokun if you need to make adjustments to your Bokun settings.
