Manage cancellation requests

In cancellation requests you can view all the booking cancellation requests that customers make in the customer PaxPortal. You can choose here weather you want to Approve or Decline the requests.

Let´s take a better look at how you can approve cancellation.

Approving a Cancellation

Click on the "New" drop down and choose "Approve Request"

Select "Approve Request" if you want to approve the cancellation of this booking.

A pop-up window will appear where you are asked to confirm the cancellation

You can now see that the cancelation request is Approved. Let´s take a better look at the booking by clicking on the Booking Code to open the Booking details

In Booking details you can send the ticket to the customer, cancel the activity or reschedule the activity. - We already cancelled this booking so you can see in the top right corner that the booking is Cancelled.

If you cancel the activity, the booking will also be canceled in Bókun.
