PaxPortal allows the customers to manage their bookings on their own, update contact information, reschedule, send cancellation requests and more.
PaxPortal logins report
The PaxPortal Logins report provides an overview of customer activity in your PaxPortal. It allows you to see how often customers access their portal and track login activity over different time periods.
You can view login activity by day, week, or month, and filter the report using predefined or custom date ranges. The report can also be downloaded as a CSV file for further analysis.
Accessing PaxPortal login reports
Click on Reports and PaxPortal logins.
When opening the report, you will automatically land on the Month view. This displays customer login activity for each month of the current year up to the current date. From here, you can switch between Days, Weeks, and Months to view login activity in more detail. You can also select a specific date range to analyze customer login activity during a chosen period.
Daily Reports
The Days view displays the number of customer logins for each individual day within the selected date range. This view is useful for monitoring daily customer engagement and identifying periods with higher or lower portal activity.
To view daily login activity, click Days at the top of the report.
Weekly reports
The Weeks view displays customer login activity grouped by week.
This provides a broader overview of portal usage and makes it easier to identify trends over time. To view weekly login activity, click Weeks at the top of the report.
Monthly reports
The Months view displays customer login activity grouped by month.
This is the default view when opening the report and provides an overview of portal usage throughout the selected year or date range.To return to the monthly overview, click Months at the top of the report.
Filtering the Report
Use the Date filter to select the time period you want to review. You can choose from several predefined options:
Last Week
This Week
Previous Month
Current Month
Previous Year
Current Year
You can also select Custom to define your own date range. Once selected, the report will automatically update to display customer login activity for the chosen period.
Previous year report
The report below shows customer login activity during the Previous Year. This view can help you review long-term PaxPortal usage and understand customer engagement trends over time.
Downloading CVS.
There is an option to download total pax report in CVS format by clicking the highlighted button on the right hand side.
Accessing PaxPortal Login Reports
To export the report, click Download CSV on the right-hand side of the report.
This will generate a CSV file containing the login data for the selected date range, which can be opened in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis or reporting.
