Editing a user in PaxFlow allows you to keep your team information and access settings up to date. You can update a user’s role, assigned locations, labels, fees, shift settings, and permissions to make sure they have the correct access and are set up for their responsibilities within your operation.
Accessing Users
On the dashboard click Settings and then click on Users
Select the user you want to edit and under the action wheel click on View Details to open their profile
Editing a User profile
Click Edit to make changes to the user's profile, role, assigned locations or other settings.
by sliding the toggle for shift acceptance required you will turn on that the user needs to accept every shift assigned to him.
Updating the User group
next you need to select the appropriate Position for the user. The role help you organize your team members based on their user groups and choosing the correct role helps ensure users appear correctly when assigning staff to departures and activities.
Adding Locations to users
Assign the locations or products that this staff member can work with.
This helps PaxFlow understand where the staff member is available and ensures they can be assigned only to relevant departures or activities. For example, a guide who only works at one location can be assigned only to products connected to that location. Locations are synced from your booking system (Products) or can be created in PaxFlow.
Make sure to save your changes before leaving the page to ensure the updated role and assignments are stored.
Click on Add Fee if you need to add a staff-related fee or payment detail for this user.
This can be useful when tracking additional costs connected to specific team members.

Labels on users
You can add labels to help organize and identify your staff members. Labels can be used to highlight important information such as languages spoken, certifications, skills, locations, or other qualifications that are useful when assigning staff.
and you can click on Edit to update the user's account access and permissions.
This section allows you to control what the user can see and manage within PaxFlow.
then select the appropriate permission level for the user. In this example, the user is changed from User to Admin role.
and to save your changes click on Done
at the bottom of the user profile you can see the User Account information that can only be edited on a user level.
Updating roles from users dashboard
You can easily add or remove user groups by clicking on the drop down by the user you want to edit and select or unselect user groups from there.
