The Incidents report lists the incidents that your staff report on departures, for example a problem with a vehicle or a guest. Use it to find the incidents in a period and to export them to a file.
Open the Incidents report
Go to Reports > Incidents.
What the report shows
The report shows the incidents on departures from the last 30 days. Each row is one incident:
Departure: the date and start time of the departure.
Product: the product of the departure.
Category: Vehicle, Guest, Staff, or Other.
Subject: the vehicle, guest, or staff member that the incident is about. This column is empty for the Other category.
Description: the text that the staff member wrote.
Reported by and Reported at: who reported the incident, and when.
Photos: the number of photos attached to the incident.
Filter the incidents
To change the period, click the date range and select the first day and the last day.
To find a guest incident, enter a pax reference or a guest name in the Pax reference or name box. This search finds only guest incidents.
To show only some incidents, click Staff, Resource, Category, Product, or Photos. Then select one or more options.
The table updates to show the incidents that match. If no incident matches, the table shows No incidents in this period. To remove your filters, click Clear filters.
To sort the table, click the Departure or Reported at column header.
Look at the photos of an incident
In the Photos column, click the number. The Photos window shows the photos that the staff member attached.
Open the departure of an incident
In the Product column, click the product name. The departure opens on its Incidents tab.
Export the report
Set the period and the filters.
Click Download CSV. To get an Excel file, click Download Excel.
The file has the incidents that match your filters, up to 5,000 rows. If more incidents match, a message tells you how many rows are in the file. Narrow your filters and export again to get the other rows.
See the incidents for one resource
Go to Operations > Resources.
In the row of the resource, click the gear icon.
Click View Resource.
Click the Incidents tab. The tab shows all incidents for this resource, from all dates.
Notes
If Incidents is gray in the Reports menu, your company does not have Enroute, or your user group does not have access to the report. To turn on Enroute, ask PaxFlow support. To get access, ask an admin in your company to change your user group in Settings > User groups.
Staff report incidents on the Incidents tab of a departure, with Report incident. See Report an incident in Enroute.
