Enroute Settings let you decide what information your team can see in the Enroute app. From here, you can choose which staff members can view all schedules, control whether drivers and guides can see sales information, and adjust other settings to give each role access to the information they need while on the job.
Accessing Enroute Settings
Click on Settings and then click on Enroute settings
Schedule Visibility
Choose which user groups can view all schedules in the Enroute app from the drop down, rather than only the schedules assigned to their own staff profile. This is useful for managers, dispatchers, or other team members who need a complete overview of daily operations.
you can always click on the "X" by the user group to remove it from the schedule visibility.
Click Save schedule visibility to apply your changes.

Sales Information
Choose whether Enroute-only users, such as drivers and guides, can view the Sales Information card on the passenger details page.
Enabled: Drivers and guides can see the seller, booking channel, and payment status for each passenger.
Disabled: Drivers and guides will not see the Sales Information card.
Note: Administrators will always have access to the Sales Information card, regardless of this setting.
