Schedule

The Schedule in Enroute gives you a clear overview of your daily tours. You can open each departure to see passenger details, manage notes, communicate with guests, and update statuses throughout the tour.

Accessing Schedule

Start off by clicking on "Enroute" and then click on "Schedule"

Then you should see an overview of your schedule today. You can filter the schedule by All, Not Started, Started, Finished and Failed tours.

By clicking on the date you can choose a date to view on the schedule.

Viewing the passenger list

To view the schedule details click on the tour assignment on your schedule.

Then you will see the passenger list for the tour. Click on "Info" to view the departure details on this tour.

Departure Info

In the departure detail you can see the timing of the tour, meeting points, departure notes, private notes, booking forms that are assigned on this product and waivers.

You can add a departure note by clicking on "Add note"

There you can choose between Internal note - that is visible for staff only or Passenger note - that will be displayed on the PaxPortal.

To add a private note, click on "Edit"

And type in your note in the text field.

And you can see the status of signed booking forms

Departure Messages

You can also view the customer chat* by clicking on "Messages"

*if you have an active WhatsApp subscription.

You can choose a template to send to the passengers by clicking on the "type a message or select template" field

and then click on the send button.

Let´s take a better look at the passenger list. Click on "Passengers"

You can click on any passenger name to view the passenger info.

Single passenger info

Under the passenger info you can call or send SMS to the customer, view the customer information, Booking information, Booking Status, Sales information and Notes. You can also mark the passenger Arrived or No Show. Click on the "Back" button to go back to the passenger list.

Passenger and departure status

You can mark passengers arrived by clicking on "Mark Arrived"

or mark passengers no show by clicking on "Mark No Show"

And by clicking on "Start Departure" you will start the tour.

then the status of the departure changed from "Planned" to "Started"
