Change Departure status in Departures.

In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to change departure statuses in the departures and passengers list, ensuring smooth communication and organization within your team or service.

2. Start off by clicking on "Departures" on the left hand side bar

3. Then click on "Overview"

4. From the Departures dashboard you can click on "Actions" on the tour you are changing the status on

5. And click on "Change Status"

6. When you open up the drop down on Change status you can choose from different options, click on the one you want to change your departure to.

7. You can click the box "Notify Customers Manually" if you want to send an E-mail or SMS to the passengers about the change in their departure.

8. Then you want to choose what template you want to send out.

9. Once you have selected your template click "Next"

10. If you don´t need to do any modifications on the template click next.

11. And if you want to send to all passengers the e-mail then click on "Send". If you want to send only to selected passengers you can do so by un-checking the box by the names you don´t want to send to.

12. Now you can see the tour is changed to "Confirmed"

13. You can also change the departure status from the passenger list view. Click on the product code of the tour you want to change the status of.

14. In the top right corner click on "Actions"

15. And click on "Change Status"

16. Choose the status that you want to change the tour to.

17. If you don´t need to notify passengers via E-mail or SMS you can click on "Change status"

18. And then you can see in the top right corner that the departure status has been changed to "Started"
