To integrate HelpScout beacons with the PaxPortal, go to the Portal plugins under Integrations. Go to HelpScout Beacon and click Enable Integration.

PaxFlow requires only the Beacon ID to enable HelpScout beacons into the system. Beacon ID is a unique alphanumeric string which is used to identify and associate the beacon with the system.
