Pickups in Enroute for drivers and guides

How drivers and guides see their pickup on their phone, mark arrivals and reorder stops.

Written by PaxFlow Customer Support

Drivers and guides on a pickup vehicle see the pickup in Enroute, next to their tours. They work through it stop by stop on their phone.

See the pickup

When you are assigned to a pickup vehicle, the pickup shows in your Enroute schedule for that day.

  1. Go to Enroute > Schedule. The pickup card has a Pickup badge.

  2. Tap the pickup card. The page shows the guests of your vehicle, grouped by stop in route order. Each stop shows the number of pax.

Mark guests arrived

At each stop, mark each guest Arrived or No-show. A stop is completed when everyone at the stop is marked. The vehicle records when it started and when it made its last pickup.

  1. Find the guest in the stop.

  2. Tap Mark Arrived or Mark No-show. The card shows Arrived or No-show.

The header of a stop shows how many pax there are and how many are marked, for example 7 pax · 2 no-show.

Wait for a late guest

When the no-show timer is on, Mark No-show also starts a countdown on the guest card. The stop shows a Waiting badge and opens by itself.

  1. Tap Mark No-show. The card shows No-show and a countdown, for example 4:50.

  2. To give the guest more time, tap +30s.

  3. If the guest arrives, tap Arrived.

  4. To stop waiting, tap Go on. The guest stays No-show.

When the time ends, the countdown changes to Wait over. An admin sets the wait time in Settings > Enroute settings. See Enroute settings. For more about the countdown, see Schedule.

Let drivers reorder their stops

Drivers can change the order of their stops, for example to avoid roadworks. This is off by default.

  1. Go to Settings > Enroute settings.

  2. On the Pickup Stops card, switch on Drivers can reorder pickup stops in Enroute.

  3. Click Save changes under the card.

Then, in Enroute:

  1. Tap Edit order on the vehicle.

  2. Move stops up or down.

  3. Tap Save order.

The new order is the vehicle's route for everyone, including the planner. Only the crew of that vehicle can reorder it.
