How to split a busy pickup
When a pickup has more guests or stops than its vehicles can handle, split it into two pickups for the same group and day. Each pickup then gets its own vehicles, window and route.
Split a pickup
Open the busy pickup and open a stop you want to move.
Select its guests and click Remove from pickup. They go back to unplanned. Repeat for each stop you want to move.
On the same pickup group, click Create pickup. The unplanned guests join the new pickup.
Add a vehicle to each pickup and put the stops on it. Check the seat count on each vehicle.
Rename the pickups so the team can tell them apart, for example "Harbour transfers 1" and "Harbour transfers 2".
Good to know: a booking can only be in one pickup per day. Adding it to another pickup moves it there.
