How to place guests and plan the route
Plan by stop. When you put a stop on a vehicle, every guest at that stop goes with it. You can still move single bookings when you need to.
The locations table
Each pickup lists its pickup locations with the number of guests: placed, unplaced, flagged, arrived and no-show. Open a location to see its guests.
Put a stop on a vehicle
Find the stop in the locations table.
Choose a vehicle in its Vehicle menu.
To do several stops at once, tick them and choose the vehicle from the menu above the table. Each vehicle shows its seats as it fills up.
Use the suggested bus
Next to each stop, PaxFlow suggests the vehicle that runs the tour for most of its guests, for example "Bus 12 runs the tour for 5 of 7". Putting the stop on that bus means fewer guests change bus later. There's no suggestion if that bus has no room.
Guests who change bus
If a guest rides a pickup vehicle that isn't their tour bus, the planner marks them with a small arrows icon. Hover it to read "Changes to their tour bus at the hub".
Move a single booking
Open the stop.
Choose another vehicle for that booking.
Set the route order
Each vehicle lists its stops in route order. Drag a stop to a new place. The route is saved as soon as you drop it.
To take a stop off a vehicle, remove it from the route. Its guests go back to unplaced.
Add or remove guests
Click Add passengers to add bookings that aren't in a pickup yet, from any group. Use it for bookings without a pickup location, or for exceptions.
To take guests out of a pickup, select them in a stop and click Remove from pickup. A booking can only be in one pickup per day.
