You can easily change how your tours are shown to guests by updating the display name and product code in PaxFlow. This lets you use clear, guest-friendly names on PaxFlow and PaxPortal while keeping your original booking system details unchanged.
Accessing Product settings
Click on "Settings" and then click on "Products"
Click on the product code on the product you want to change the display name on
Changing the display name
By Display name override click on "Edit"
Click on the "Product Title Override" field and type in the new name you want to be displayed. This will only change the name in PaxFlow and on PaxPortal but the name will remain the same in your booking system.
If you want to change the product code you can click on the "Product Code Override" field and type in the new product code name.
Once you are finished adding the new names click on "Save Changes"
New display name added
A success message will appear and you have overwritten the display name and product code from your booking system to a new one that exists within PaxFlow and on PaxPortal.
Viewing the new display name on Daily Departures.
Click on "Departures" and then click on "Daily departures"
once on the daily departures overview you can see the new display name and product code on the Whale Watching tour
