Departure group templates help you standardize and organize how departures are structured in PaxFlow. They allow you to group tours together, set consistent departure times, and simplify how similar operations are managed.
Accessing Departure groups
Start off by clicking "Settings" and then click on "Operations"
then open Departure Groups to access all departure-related settings and templates.
Creating a New Template
Click Create new template to start setting up a new departure group template.
Give your template a clear name and add a short description so it’s easy to understand what it is used for.
Adding Tours and Settings
You can use the search field to find and select the tours or products you want to include in the template.
or use the filter by time to choose the relevant departure time (for example, 09:00) to define when these departures should take place.
choose the tours you want to add to the departure group by clicking the checkbox by the name or slide the toggle to the far right.
Once all details are added, click Save Template to create the departure group template.
a success message appears and you have created a new departure group.
Managing Existing Templates
From the overview, you can open existing templates to Edit details if changes are needed or Delete templates that are no longer in use.
