How To Send SMS to a Passenger

PaxFlow makes it simple to communicate with your passengers via SMS. Whether you're viewing bookings, departures, or passenger details, you can quickly select a passenger, choose a message template, and send an SMS in just a few steps.


Accessing Daily Departures.

Click on "Operations" and then click on "Departures"

Click on the arrow in front of the departure to find the passenger you want to send the SMS message to.

Sending SMS to a passenger from Departures

Find the passenger you want to send SMS message to, click on the "Actions" drop down then click on "Send Message" and choose "SMS"

Choose the template you want to send out

And click on "Save & Continue"

You can now see the template and update it f needed, when you are done click on "Save & Continue"

Click on "Send" to send the message. - under SMS segments it says 2 credits, but the template exceeded 160 characters and therefore two SMS credits will be charged.

A success message will appear and the SMS message has been sent out. You can always click on "View Logs" to see the sent messages log

Sending SMS message to a passenger from Booking Details.

Click on the Booking Reference of the passenger you want to send the SMS message to.

In the booking details click on "Send SMS"


Choose the template you want to send

And click on "Save & Continue"

You can now see the template and update it f needed, when you are done click on "Save & Continue"

Click on "Send" to send the message.

A success message will appear and the SMS message has been sent out. You can always click on "View Logs" to see the sent messages log

Sending SMS message to a Passenger from Departure details

Click on the name of the tour you want to open up

Find the passenger you want to send the SMS message to and click on the message icon highlighted.

Choose the template you want to send


and click on "Save & Continue"

Click on "Save & Continue"

and then click on "Send"

A success message will appear and the SMS message has been sent out. You can always click on "View Logs" to see the sent messages log

and in the sent messages we can now see the three SMS messages we just sent.
