Sent Messages tracks all messages you have sent from your PaxFlow account. You can see on what date the message was sent, type of message that was sent out, Email, WhatsApp or SMS, who it was sent by and the status of the message.
Accessing Sent Messages
Start off by clicking "Messages" and click on "Sent Messages"
Then you should see an overview of all the messages sent from your account. The sent messages are listed by Date, Type, Template Name, Message Counts, Departure, Sent by and Status. You can click on the arrow by any entry to see to who the message was sent
A drop down opens up with a list of Recipients. You can close it again by clicking the arrow again.
At the top right corner you can see how many messages you have sent out, how many were delivered and how many failed.
You can also filter the messages by "Type" - SMS, Email or WhatsApp messages, lets filter by WhatsApp.
And then you will only see WhatsApp messages sent out.
You can also search by template name by typing the name in the search field.
and then you will only see sent messages to that template name. Click on "Reset" to go back to default.

Or use one of the predefined ranges, last week, this week, previous month, current month, previous year and current year. here we are clicking on "Previous Month"
then we can see all sent out messages in the previous month. Click on "Reset" to go back to default
You can also see what messages have been sent to passengers - to do so click on "Operations" and then click on "Departures"
Messages sent to departures
Let´s view the "Golden Circle Classic" by clicking on the product name
Then you will access the departure details. Click on "Sent Messages"
And then you get an overview of all messages sent to all passengers on this departure. Click on "Passengers" to go back to the passenger list
Message Log for individual passengers
Click on the booking reference of the passenger you want to take a closer look at.
Click "Message Log"
And here you can see the messages that have been sent to this passenger. If you click on the arrow you can see more details about the message that was sent out.
When you click on the arrow you will see the Recipient, Status, Delivered Time, Actual Sending Time, and you can View the message. This message has been opened and if you hover over the "Opened" you can see the actual time the message was opened.
