Accessing and Navigating Departure Messages Log
In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to access the departure messages log on departure level.
Accessing departures
Click on "Operations" and then click on "Departures"
The you can see today's departures. Let's have a closer look at the Golden Circle tour by clicking on Actions and View Departure. You can also click on the name of the tour to open the departure.
To see the departure message log, click on "Sent Messages"
Then you can see all the E-mails, SMS and WhatsApp messages sent to passengers in this departure. You can click on the arrow to see who the message was sent to.
After clicking on the arrow you should see the message log for "Qr code day before tour" and in the drop down you see the Recipient - what e-mail address it was sent to, Status (If it was delivered or failed), Delivered Time, Actual Sending Time, View (open the message you sent) and Open Time.
Message log for a single booking
You can also access the message log for individual passengers by clicking the booking reference.
And in the booking details click on "Message Log"
Then you will see all messages sent to this customer/booking. You can click on the arrow to see more details about the sent message.
Here we have opened up a WhatsApp message. Recipient - what phone number it was sent to, Status (If it was delivered, opened or failed), Delivered Time, Actual Sending Time, View (open the message you sent) and if you hover over "Opened" you can see the time the message was opened.
