Accessing and Navigating Departure Messages Log

In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to access and efficiently navigate the departure messages log on departure level.

1. Navigate to https://admin.paxflow.io/

2. Start off by clicking on "Departures" on the left hand side bar

3. Next click on "Overview"

4. The you can see todays departures, lets have a closer look at the Northern Lights tour by clicking on the product code.

5. To see the departure message log, click on "Messages".

6. Then you can see all the E-mails and SMS sent to passengers in this departure. You can click on the plus to see who the message was sent to.

7. After clicking on the plus you should see the message log for pickup starting e-mail - what e-mail it was sent to, status (If it was sent or failed), expected sending time and actual sending time.
