Accessing and Navigating Departure Messages Log

In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to access the departure messages log on departure level.

Click on "Departures" on the left hand side bar and then click on "Daily Departures"

The you can see todays departures. Lets have a closer look at the Ice Cave tour by clicking on Actions and View Departure.

To see the departure message log, click on "Messages"

Then you can see all the E-mails and SMS sent to passengers in this departure. You can click on the plus to see who the message was sent to. After clicking on the plus you should see the message log for "Tour Reminder & Upsell" Recipient - what e-mail address it was sent to, Status (If it was delivered or failed), Delivered Time, Actual Sending Time, View (open the message you sent) and Open Time.


You can also access the message log for individual passengers by clicking the booking reference.

And in the booking details click on "Message Log"

Then you will see all messages sent to this customer/booking.
