Departures Lists

The Departure List is a comprehensive overview of the departures of the day, ensuring you don't overlook anything crucial regarding your operation. Below you can find easy follow along steps on how to use the Departure List, from sorting passenger details to organizing logistics.

Accessing Departure list

On the dashboard click "Departures" and then click on "Daily Departures"

Then you should see the departures overview for the day. You can select a specific date you want to see by clicking on the date field.

You can also search for a specific Products by clicking on the product names you want to display

And click on the "X" to remove the products filter

Departure (start time) by clicking on the start times you want to display

And click on the "X" to remove the start time filter

and by departure status by clicking on the departure status you want to display

And click on the "X" to remove the departure status filter

It´s also possible to search for individual tours by typing the product name or the product code in the search box. For instance, if you type "north" you get only the Golden Circle & Northern Lights tour at 09:00 and the Northern Lights tour at 21:00, since north is included in the name of the tour.

And click on the "X" to remove the filter

You can click the checkbox by "Only show upcoming departures" to view only upcoming departures of the day.

And click on "Show only last minute bookings" to find tours with last minute bookings

and click on the plus in front of the departure that you want to view the last minute booking on

And then you will only see the last minute booking on that departure.

Click on the "Show only last minute bookings" field to remove the filter

you can also click on "Show default hidden activities" to display cancelled, rejected or requested activates.

Bulk Actions

When you click on the "Bulk Actions" drop down, you can send messages to all passengers of the day - Email, SMS or WhatsApp (if you have an active WhatsApp integration in PaxFlow)

When you click on "Change all statuses" you can change the status of all of the tours of the day.

Change status on all departures

A pop up opens up, click on the drop down by "Change status" and choose the status you want to change to - here we are choosing "Confirmed"

You can also add an internal note for the status change, public reason why and a departure note that is visible on the PaxPortal. Then click on "Change status"

A successes message appears and all statuses have been changed to "Confirmed"

Export booking from responses for all tours of the day

When you click on "Export responses" you get the option to export all booking form responses from all tours of the day

You can export from each booking form, then you will export all responses from all tours that booking form is assigned to.

when you choose one, you can click on "All responses" to export all booking form responses from all tours that have this form today - or you can choose to export based on a resource assigned to a tour, that is all passengers from that resource.
