Daily departures Passenger List.

From the Passenger Lists, you can easily make changes like updating tour status, send messages or open PaxPortal. Let’s dive into the different options and see how these changes can improve the passenger experience and streamline your operations.

On the dashboard click "Departures" and then click on "Daily Departures"

Click on the plus sign on the far left of the tour details to open up the passenger list.

You can also open it under Actions drop down by clicking on View Departure and it will open up the passenger list.

By clicking on the e-mail icon on the passenger list you can send and e-mail to individual passengers.

Choose the template you want to send, click on Save & Continue, adjust the template if needed and click on next and then you can send your E-mail.

You can also see if there are any notes on the booking by clicking on the Notes icon on the passenger list.

Status of Passengers

When you click on the plus sign to open up the departure you can also see a drop down menu for the status where you can mark the passenger as "Confirmed", "Arrived" "No Show" or "Dropped Off".

Under "Actions" you can View Booking, Open on PaxPortal or Send Message to the passenger.

If you click on "Open on Paxportal" you will open the booking on the customer PaxPortal.

You can take look at passengers bookings by clicking the Activity Code.

There you can see all information about the passengers booking, you can Cancel Activity, Reschedule Activity or Send Ticket on the right hand side of the screen or Send SMS, Send E-mail or Edit Pax Details on the bottom left of the screen. You can also access the Paxportal by clicking "Open in Paxportal"

Then you should have successfully opened the passenger PaxPortal
