Send E-mail to a passenger

PaxFlow makes it easy to send emails directly to passengers from different parts of the platform. Whether you’re in Departures, Booking Details, or Departure Details, you can quickly select a passenger, choose an email template, customize the message if needed, and send it with just a few clicks. A confirmation message lets you know when the email has been successfully sent.

Accessing Daily Departures.

Click on "Operations" and then click on "Departures"


Click on the arrow in front of the departure to find the passenger you want to send the Email to.

Sending Email to a passenger from Departures

Find the passenger you want to send Email to and click on the email emoji highlighted. You can also click on the "Actions" drop down then click on "Send Message" and choose "Email"

Choose the template you want to send out

And click on "Modify message"

Here you can edit the Subject, Preview Text, Reply To email address and if you click on "Show Template Editor" you can make adjustments to the template. Next click on "Review Recipients & Send"

Click on "Send" to send the message.

A success message will appear and the Email has been sent out. You can always click on "View Logs" to see the sent out message.

Sending E-mail to a passenger from Booking Details.

Click on the Booking Reference of the passenger you want to send the Email to

in the booking details click on "Send Email"

Choose the template you want to send

And click on "Modify message"

If you don´t need to make any modifications to the template click on "Review Recipients & Send"

Click on "Send" to send the message.

A success message will appear and the Email has been sent out. You can always click on "View Logs" to see the sent out message.

Sending E-mail to a Passenger from Departure details

in the departures overview click on the name of the tour you want to open up

On the Passenger list, click on the E-mail icon.

Choose the template you want to send

And click on "Modify message"

If you don´t need to make any modifications to the template click on "Review Recipients & Send"

Click on "Send" to send the message.

A success message will appear and the Email has been sent out. You can always click on "View Logs" to see the sent out message.
