PaxFlow makes it easy to send emails directly to passengers from different parts of the platform. Whether you’re in Daily Departures, Booking Details, or Departure Details, you can quickly select a passenger, choose an email template, customize the message if needed, and send it with just a few clicks. A confirmation message lets you know when the email has been successfully sent.
Accessing Daily Departures.
Click on "Departures" and then click on "Daily departures"
Click on the plus in front of the departure to find the passenger you want to send the E-mail to.
Find the passenger you want to send E-mail to, click on the "Actions" drop down then click on "Send Message" and choose "E-mail"
Choose the template you want to send out
And click on "Modify message"
Here you can edit the Subject, Preview Text, Reply To email address and if you click on "Show Template Editor" you can make adjustments to the template
If you don´t want to make any adjustments click on "Back to Template Preview"
Next click on "Review Recipients & Send"
Click on "Send" to send the message.
A success message will appear and the Email has been sent out.
On the Passenger list in Daily Departures you can also click on the E-mail icon to send a passenger E-mail.
Sending E-mail to a passenger from Booking Details.
Click on the Booking Reference of the passenger you want to send the E-mail to.
Click on "Send E-mail"
Choose the template you want to send
And click on "Modify message"
If you don´t need to make any modifications to the template click on "Review Recipients & Send"
Click on "Send" to send the message.
A success message will appear and the Email has been sent out.
Sending E-mail to a Passenger from Departure details
Click on "Daily departures"
and click on the product code on the tour you want to open up
On the Passenger list, click on the E-mail icon.
Choose the template you want to send
And click on "Modify message"
If you don´t need to make any modifications to the template click on "Review Recipients & Send"
Click on "Send" to send the message.
A success message will appear and the Email has been sent out.
Sending E-mail from Actions drop down in Departure details.
Find the passenger you want to send E-mail to, click on the "Actions" drop down then click on "Send Message" and choose "E-mail"
And then you would go through the same steps as before.
