How to send email on departure level
Sending E-mails to passengers from departure level is easy and convenient with our message templates. Below are easy to follow steps on how to send E-mails from a departure level.
Sending E-mail from Daily Departures
To start click on "Departures" on the left hand side bar and then click on "Daily Departures"
Then you should see an overview of toady's tours - you can send an E-mail by clicking Actions on the right hand side of the departure overview for each tour. Then click on "Send Message" and click on "E-mail".
Choose the template you want to send
And click on "Modify message"
You edit the subject to your E-mail or add a Preview Text. You can adjust the "Reply to email address" field or add CC or BCC and you can also click on "Show Template Editor" to edit the template.
Once you have made the adjustments you want, click on "Back to Template Preview"
now you can click on "Review Recipients & Send"
Then you can either send to all the passengers or selected once's by unselecting under Select Recipient - once you are ready to send your E-mails click on "Send"
And your E-mail's have been sent our and a success message should appear at the top right corner.
Sending E-mails from Departure Details.
You can also send E-mails from Departure Details list by clicking on the product code of the tour or by clicking the actions drop down and click on "View Departure"
From the Departure Details you can click the Actions icon on the right hand side at the top, click on "Send Message" and then click on "E-mail"
A pop up opens up to send the Email, click on the drop down and choose the template you want to send
and click on "Modify message"
If needed, add the subject to your E-mail or a Preview Text. You can adjust the "Reply to email address" field or add CC or BCC, and if you don´t need to make any adjustments to the template you can click on "Review Recipients & Send"
Then you can either send to all the passengers or selected once's by unselecting under Select Recipient - once you are ready to send your E-mails click on "Send"
Your E-mail's have been sent our and a success message should appear at the top right corner - click on "View log" to see the message logs.
View the Email in message logs.
Click on the plus in front of the message to see who it was sent to.
To view the sent out message click on the eye icon
Then you will see a preview of the email this passenger got. Click on "Manage your booking" to view the PaxPortal.
Then a magic link will take you to this passengers PaxPortal view.
