Streamline Your Operations with PaxFlow Pickup

PaxFlow Pickup is designed to simplify and optimize how you manage passenger pickups. Start by creating tailored Pickup Groups linked to specific tours. Then, use the Pickup Planner to assign resources like buses to pickup locations with flexibility and control. Finally, stay on top of daily logistics with the Pickup List, giving you a real-time overview of assignments, passenger details, and customizable filters to ensure every pickup runs smoothly. PaxFlow Pickup keeps your operations organized and efficient.

Accessing Pickup Groups

Click on "Operations" and then click on "Pickups"

Under pickups you can see Pickup Planner and Pickup List. You can filter the Pickup planner by pickup groups, resource or search for customer name. Since we don´t have any pickup group we need to create it.

Creating a Pickup Group

To start with you need to create a Pickup Group. Click on "Manage Pickup Groups"

In Pickup groups click on "Create new Pickup Group"

Choosing the tours for your Pickup Group.

Choose the tours you want to include in this pickup group by clicking the checkbox by the departure or sliding the toggle. These tours will be the only tours displayed in your Pickup group.

Type the name of the Pickup Group in the "Name" field. This is how you identify your pickup group.

and lastly click on "Save Group"

A success message will appear in the top right corner and your new Pickup Group is now visible.

Next let´s take a look at the Pickup Planner - to do so click on "Operations" and then click on "Pickups"

Assigning pickup places to Resources

Choose the Pickup Places you want to assign a bus onto - here we are selecting all pickup locations by clicking the checkbox by "Pickup Location"

then click on the "Resources" drop down and choose the bus you want to assign.

Then click on the plus icon to confirm your selection.

A success message will appear in the top right corner and you can see the resource assigned to the pickup by the name of the pickup group.

You can always change the resources assigned to pickup locations, here we have chosen 3 different locations to assign to a different resource.

then click on the "Resources" drop down and choose the bus you want to assign.

Then click on the plus icon to confirm your selection.

A success message will appear in the top right corner and you can see the resources assigned to the pickup by the name of the pickup group.

you can always sort the Pickup planner by clicking on "Pickup locations" or "Assigned Resources"

And then the order of the Pickup planner changes, here its sorted by assigned resources.

PaxFlow Pickup list

Let´s take a look at the Pickup list next. Click on "Pickup list"

Then you will get an overview of all the pickup groups of the day. You can see what pickups are assigned and what pickups are unassigned.

Viewing a Pickup List by Group

When you click on the arrow by a resource in the pickup group you would like to view/work on you will expend the pickup list.

And here you can see all the pickup places and under them are the product codes, pickup time, amount of passengers, booking reference, customer name, seller, notes and the status of the pickup. You can also see how many total passengers are assigned on the resource.

Filtering the Pickup List

You can also sort the pickup list by Pickup Groups

Or sort the pickup list by Resource - or search for a specific customer

Here we have filtered the list by the pickup group at 11:30 and the resource "Bus 1"

When you click on "Reset" you you back to the default view of the Pickup list
