Creating Pickup Groups in PaxFlow Pickup.
When using PaxFlow Pickup, the first step is to create a Pickup Group. This allows you to organize tours efficiently and manage pickups with ease. Follow these easy steps to create and manage Pickup Groups in your system - from naming and activating them to selecting tours and editing groups later.
Accessing Pickup Groups
Click on "Pickups" and then click on "Pickup groups"
Creating a Pickup Group
To start with you need to create a Pickup Group. Click on "Create new Pickup Group"
Type the name of the Pickup Group in the "Name" field. This is how you identify your pickup group.
Activating your Pickup Group
Make sure to click on "Active" to activate the Pickup Group when its saved.
Choosing the tours for your Pickup Group.
Choose the tours you want to include in this pickup group by sliding the toggle. These tours will be the only tours displayed in your Pickup group.
Once you have selected all the tours needed click on "Save Group"
A success message will appear in the top right corner and your new Pickup Group is visible.
Then you can add more pickup groups as needed. You can always click on "Actions" to Edit, Deactivate or Delete a pickup group.
