Creating Pickup Groups in PaxFlow Pickup.
When using PaxFlow Pickup, the first step is to create a Pickup Group. This allows you to organize tours efficiently and manage pickups with ease. Follow these easy steps to create and manage Pickup Groups in your system - from naming and activating them to selecting tours and editing groups later.
Accessing Pickup Groups
Click on "Settings" and then click on "Operations"
then click on the "Pickup groups" tab
Creating a Pickup Group
To start with you need to create a Pickup Group. This instance already has some pickup groups, but to create a new one, click on "Create new Pickup Group"
Type the name of the Pickup Group in the "Name" field. This is how you identify your pickup group. The pickup group will default be "Active" unless you un check the box.
You can then filter what departure time you want to choose for the pickup group, since this is a 20:30 pickup lets choose 21:00 departures.
Choosing the tours for your Pickup Group.
Choose the tours you want to include in this pickup group by clicking the checkbox by the name or sliding the toggle. These tours will be the only tours displayed in your Pickup group.
Once you have selected all the tours needed click on "Save Group"
A success message will appear in the top right corner and your new Pickup Group is visible.
Then you can create pickup groups as needed. You can always click on "Actions" to Edit, Deactivate or Delete a pickup group.
