Usage reports

Our reports can be a useful tool to track usage on your PaxPortal. Usage reports provide detailed insights into how a service or product is being utilized. They include data on user activity and frequency of use.

Below you will find easy follow along steps on how to access them on your account.

Log into https://admin.paxflow.io/. Click on the "Reports" tab on the left hand side of the dashboard.

Click on "PaxPortal logins"

Then you will see the PaxPortal Usage Report. It gives you information on user logins to your customer portal. You can search certain Dates, Days, Weeks and Months. You can also "Download CVS" to get PaxPortal login reports in a exel sheet. You can easily switch between, lets click on "Weeks" for weekly reports.

Or switch to daily view by clicking on "Days"


Operated Pax Reports

There are also operated pax reports. Click on "Operated Pax" to access them.

It gives you information your operated passengers. You can search certain Dates, Days, Weeks and Months. You can also "Download CVS" to get a passenger report in a exel sheet. You can easily switch between, lets click on "Weeks" for weekly reports.

Or switch to daily view by clicking on "Days"

Or click on "Download CVS" to download a exel sheet with passenger numbers.
