Booking reports are found in the Reports drop-down. Click any report to view its data.

Inside a report you can set a date range, define whether the date range is applied to the operation date, creation date, cancellation date or no show date (by clicking the 3 dots next to the date selector) and selecting certain booking statuses which should be included. To execute the query click Go. To download the report as CSV file click the download button.

Each report lists activity bookings that match the criteria of the query. Bookings are always listed by booking number, number of passengers in the booking, name in the booking, activity booking number, external booking reference (if applicable), tour code, start date and departure time, payment status, booking status.

To edit the conditions for this report, click the pen icon on the top right corner of the page.

Edit the if block of the report on the fly and immediately see how the changes affect the activities displayed in the report by using Run this code option. Once the changes are complete and you’re happy with what you have created, you can save it as a new report.

You can also send mass emails to the records selected by the report. Use the announce icon on the top of the report.

Select the email template corresponding to the email to be sent and click the Go button next to it. This will send an email to all the passengers of the selected bookings.
