Managing resources in Paxflow is simple and essential for smooth operations. This guide shows you how to access the "Resources" section, create new entries, edit details, and delete resources.

Start by clicking on "Resource Management" and then click on "Resources"

Resource Table

Here we can see the Resource Table - where all the resources you have created are.

The Resources are listed by Name, Type, External ID, Color, Assignment Type, Description, Pax Capacity, Staff Capacity and Actions. You can sort the resources ascending by clicking on any of the top columns. In the screenshot below we choose "Name"

Create a Resource

From the Resource Table you can create a new Resource by clicking on the "Create a Resource" button or "Create Resource" from the left hand menu.

That takes you the Create New Resource page. Click here for the how to create a new Resource article. Click on "Resources" to go back.

Actions in Resource Table

Under Actions you can "View Resource" "Edit" and "Delete". Lets view Crazy bus

View Resource

When viewing a Resource you can see all the products/tours it has been assigned on. The assignments are listed by Product Name (Tour/Experience), Departure Time (Start time of the tour/experience), Assignment Type (Pickup, Drop Off or Tour), Time From (Time the tour/experience starts) and Time To (Time the tour/experience ends). When clicking on the plus in front of a Product you can see the passengers that have been assigned to this Resource, listed by amount of PAX, booking Reference, Customer Name and Assignment Type.

By clicking on Calendar view you can see the overview of assigned tours via calendar.

You can choose what year or month you want to see both by drop down or just choose current month or year at the far right end. Let´s take a look at June

If you hover above an assignment you can see detailed information about the assignment, Product, Product code, Assignment type, Time from and Time to.

Click on Table View to access it again.

In Table View you can also choose what dates you want to view, just choose the range you want to display, here we have chosen all May and June.
