In PaxFlow, resources represent the operational tools and assets you manage, such as buses, boats or snowmobiles to mention a few. You can easily create, edit, and manage these resources to streamline operations.

Start off by clicking on Resource Management and then click on Create Resource.

Now you need to choose a Name, Type, Pax Capacity and Staff Capacity for your Resource.

Once you have added the Name you need to choose the Type. The options are: Car, Bus, Minibus, Van, Boat, Ship, Helicopter, Plane, Bicycle, Scooter, Motorcycle and Snowmobile. If you can´t find the type of resource you use, please contact us and we will add it in the list.

Pax Capacity means the maximum number of passenger seats in the Resource. Staff Capacity is how many staff seats are available - usually driver and guide.

Click on "Create Resource" to save your new Resource.

Now your new resource is on the bottom of the list.

You can always click on the Name, Pax Capacity or Staff Capacity to edit from the resources table.

Or click on the Actions drop down and click on "Edit"

And then you can edit all the elements one by one, like changing the name of the Resource

and click on "Edit Resource" to save the modifications.

A success message will appear and your resource has been renamed.

You can also "Delete" the resource from the Actions drop down.

And once you have clicked on "Delete" then the resource disappears from the Resources Table.
