Passengers are both a resource type and a customer. They are created by customers. Passengers are organized in activity bookings and participate in a departure.

As a resource type they have influence on whether an activity does go ahead and which vehicle is used. Passengers influence all departure phases by their behavior. They can be transformed to customers in case they are attracted by an offer they come across during an activity.

There are 5 types of passenger categories:

  • Adult

  • Senior

  • Youth

  • Child

  • Infant

Seniors, children and infants have a special marking in PaxFlow.
