The dashboard of the PaxFlow Enroute application shows the pickup lists for the day under individual pickups for different departures as well as pickup groups under the Pickup list.

Each pickup or pickup group list is as shown below. It lists the passengers to be picked up according to their pickup locations. If there are more than one pickup assistance vehicles used for a departure, they are shown as tabs on the top of the page.

The topmost line in each tab shows the vehicle number and the name of the driver.

The total number of passengers to be picked up is also shown here in grey color, followed by the number of infants, children, and senior citizens if any. In case there are some No Show passengers, that number is also shown in the summary in red color.

Below the summary, is the list of passengers grouped by their pickup locations. Each row shows a booking record, the number of passengers in the booking, the name in which the booking was made and the tour booked. There are two buttons at the end of each row to mark the presence or absence of the passenger. The user can click the Arrived button when the pickup of the passenger is successfully picked up and can click No Show to indicate that the passenger failed to arrive on time.

Order Locations

The user, usually the driver, has the option to order the pickup locations. This order can be based on the route that the user has decided to follow or based on any requests from the passengers. The locations and the passengers are then listed as per the order set by the user.

To set the order, click the Order Locations button. It lists all the pickup locations. Move the locations as required using the icon in front of the location. Click Save after making the required changes.

Confirm passenger pickup

The user can click the Arrived button when the passenger is picked up as expected and click No Show to indicate that the passenger missed their pickup. However, if the person shows up after he is marked as No Show, the user can still mark them as Arrived.

Add and View Comments

A user can add comments for the pick up to be shared with the back office team like the exact starting time or the reason for starting late for a pickup, etc. Add the comment in the text box and click Save.

If there are any comments for the user related to the pickup or a specific booking, added by the back office, they are also shown in the list.
