The on-board PaxFlow Docs contains all the important documents published by the back office. Generally, any document that should always be accessible to a user like a driver or a guide is published here. The documents can be related to the tour or the destination like important policy documents, complete detailed tour itinerary, emergency contact numbers etc.
The Enroute application users cannot create, edit or delete any document. To view the documents, click the icon shown below on the left panel.
The documents in PaxFlow Docs are organized using categories. Categories are logical folders for the documents. For example, in the figure shown above, four categories are defined - General, Office, Operation Procedures and Tour sheets.
Click on any of the documents to see its content. Below is an example of General.
