The on-board PaxFlow Docs contains all the important documents published by the back office. Generally, any document which should be always accessible to a user like a driver or a guide is published here. The documents can be related to the tour, the travel or the destination like important policy documents, complete detailed tour itinerary, emergency contact numbers etc.
The Enroute application users cannot create, edit or delete any document. To view the documents, click the icon shown below on the left panel.
The documents in PaxFlow Docs are organized using categories. Categories are logical folders for the documents. For example, in the figure shown above, three categories are defined - General, Operation Procedures and Tour sheets.
Click on any of the documents to see its content.
