Notes are a form of short informal messages. PaxFlow allows to keep notes corresponding to each activity booking. Notes can be added by the office users, drivers and guides using enroute.

On Passengers blue color indication of the note icon means a note was added to this booking, green color indication means a note was added through the tablet application. In case an Operations note for the office got added then a warning appears behind the passenger name in yellow color.

Clicking the button will display notes, selecting Edit Notes will open Activity notes in a new window.

In Single booking the notes are displayed below each activity booking.

Click Edit Notes to open Activity notes in a new window.

Activity note types

The notes are divided into three types and are shown in three different tabs on the user interface.

Booking

General note for the office

Any general message for the back office.

Note for the accounting team

A message specifically for the finance team.

Operational

Operation note for the office

A message for the back office. This note is displayed as a field on Passengers.

Note for the tour list /Guide

A message for the guide on the tour. This message is displayed on the tablet application in the passenger list of the tour.

Note for the pick up list /Driver

A message for the driver of the pickup vehicle. This message is displayed on the tablet application on the pickup list.

Note from the driver or guide (enroute)

A message entered on the tablet application by enroute staff. This message can only be viewed.

Imported

This contains messages from your booking system. These can only be viewed from PaxFlow application.
