New look on Daily Departures

The Daily Departures page in PaxFlow provides an overview of all departures for a selected day and makes it easier to manage passengers, bookings, and tour statuses. The new view introduces multiple layout options — including card view, table view, grouped view, and flat view — along with tools for filtering departures, customizing visible columns, exporting booking forms, and performing bulk actions.

Click on "Departures" and then click on "Daily departures"

To get the new view on the daily departures, click on "Try new view"

Then you will switch to the new view, you can expand the passenger list by clicking on the highlighted arrow.

Click the arrow again to close the passenger list.

Click on the highlighted icon to view the "flat view" of the passenger list

In the flat view you the departure list becomes more compact - and the start times are included in the departure card. Click on "Table view" to view the table view of the departure list.

Then you will access the grouped view (by start time). To expand the start time, click on the highlighted arrow.

Then you can expand the passenger list of the departure by clicking on the arrow.

Click the arrow again to close the passenger list.

Click on the "switch to flat view" to view the flat view of the table view.

Then you have accessed the flat view. Click on the arrow by the departure you want to expand the passenger list on.

Click the arrow again to close the passenger list.

Under the "Toggle column" you can filter what you want to appear on the departure list in the flat view. to unselect an column click on the name - here we are clicking on "Product Code"

And repeat the step as many times as needed to remove the columns you don´t want to display. Here Product code and Status has been removed.

To add the columns on again, click on the "Toggle columns" and click on the elements that don´t have a check mark in front of them to add them again.

It´s possible to filter the departure list by showing only upcoming departures.

Under "Bulk Actions" you can send messages to the entire day - Email, SMS or WhatsApp (if you have connected WhatsApp with PaxFlow).

Export all booking forms for all departures of the day, for instance all "Guest Checkin" booking forms for all departures today.

And by clicking on"Change all statuses" you can change all statuses of all tours of the day

Click on "Card view" to switch back to it.

By clicking the checkbox by "Make default" you are making the new view your default view of the daily departures.

Click on the PaxFlow logo to access the dashboard.

from the dashboard click on "Departures" and then click on "Daily departures"

and now you have the new view as your default view.
