Default departure groups

Departures can be combined into departure groups to manage them easily and display a certain selection in the admin application. The advantage of tour departure groups is that the users can filter specific data and display on the UI based on their requirements. Following settings are required to set the default departure groups for different features and UI pages.

For which departures should PaxFlow update the availability regularly from your booking system?

The group of departures for which the availability should be regularly fetched from the back-end booking system. The default setting is ALL departures.

Which departures should by default been shown in the Shifts & Availabilities table?

The group of departures which should be listed by default in Shifts & Availabilities on the PaxFlow desktop applications. The default setting is ALL departures.

Which departures should be counted in statistics (statistics are for example shown on the dashboards)?

The group of departures to be used for calculating the statistics shown across the PaxFlow application. For example, the statistics shown at the bottom of different Dashboards. The default setting is ALL departures.

Which departures should by default be shown in the passenger lists and resource manager?

The group of departures which should be displayed in Passengers by default. The default setting is ALL departures.

Which departures should be bookable in the tablet/enroute app?

The group of departures appearing in Bookmore on desktop and tablet application. The default setting is NO departures.

Which departures should be bookable in desktop PaxFlow?

The group of departures appearing in Bookmore on desktop and tablet application. The default setting is NO departures.

Which departures can be modified by customers in the customer self-service portal?

The set of departures for which customers are able to make modifications to (change their contact details, change the date and time of their bookings, change or confirm pickup locations). The default setting is ALL departures.
