How to update profile picture for WABA.

You can easily update the profile picture for your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to keep your business presence consistent and professional. Since your WABA is integrated with PaxFlow, profile picture changes aren’t managed within the PaxFlow interface itself — they need to be made directly in Meta Business Manager, where your WhatsApp Business Account was originally set up.

This article shows you how to access your Facebook Business account and update your WABA profile picture from there.

On your Facebook Business account under Business portfolio info click on "Edit" in the top right corner by your company info.

To change your profile picture click on "Edit portfolio picture"

You can either drag and drop the image or click on "choose file on your device" to find the photo on your computer.

Once you have added the file you will see "1 file" below the drag and drop files field and can expand it to see the name of the file to make sure you have the correct one. Click on "Submit" to add the image.

Then you can see your new profile picture. Click on "Close​"

And now your new profile picture is on your facebook business account.
