Set Sender Name for SMS Messages

To be able to use our SMS feature you first need to add your company name in our settings. Below are some easy follow along steps on how to do it.

1. Navigate to https://admin.paxflow.io/

2. Click on "Messages" on the left hand sidebar

3. Click "Settings"

4. Under SMS settings fill out your company name under "Sender Name". You need to make sure that there is not special symbols in your company name see this article for further info.

5. Once you have typed the name in click "Save"

Then you have successfully added your company name as sender name for SMS messages. Here you can find a list of countries that are supported in our SMS service.
