Accessing PaxFlow Messages

The Messages section gives you access to all communication tools in one place, including Email Templates, SMS Templates, WhatsApp Templates* and Sent Messages. You can create, manage and review the messages used to communicate with your customers throughout their journey.

* WhatsApp templates are only available with an active WhatsApp subscription.

Accessing Email Templates

Click on "Messages" and then click on "Email Templates".

Here we can see all the Email Templates that have been created. You can turn on the Default Templates by clicking the highlighted checkbox.

Now you can see the Default Templates displayed. To create a template click on "New Template". Click Here to learn how to create an E-mail Template.

You can also click on Actions to see all the options for the template. They are: Send mail, Preview, Edit, Duplicate/Clone, Delete and Deactivate.

Accessing SMS Templates

Click on "SMS Templates"

Here we can see all the SMS Templates that have been created. To create a template click on "New Template". Click Here to learn how to create an SMS Template.

You can also click on Actions to see all the options for the template. They are: Send SMS, Preview, Edit, Duplicate/Clone, Delete and Deactivate.

Accessing WhatsApp Templates

Click on "WhatsApp Templates"

Here we can see all the WhatsApp Templates that have been created. To create a template click on "New Template". Click Here to learn how to create an WhatsApp Template.

You can also click on Actions to see all the options for the template. They are: Send WhatsApp Message, Preview, Edit, Duplicate/Clone, Delete and Activate/Deactivate.

Accessing Sent Messages

Click on "Sent Messages" to access the sent messages

In Sent Messages we can see all the E-mail, SMS and WhatsApp messages that have been sent. They are listed down by Date, Type, Template Name, Message Counts, Departure, Sent By and Status.
