Email Templates in PaxFlow Messages

Email templates offer several great benefits:

These advantages make your communications more effective and streamlined.

Accessing Email Templates

Click on "Messages" and click "Email Templates"

In the Email Templates overview you can see the "Default Templates", create "New Template" and all the templates created. They are listed by Title, Description, Purpose, Automatic, Last Modified, Status and Actions.

Viewing Default Templates.

You can Show default templates by clicking on the toggle that is highlighted.

By clicking on "Preview" you can see a preview of the default template.


Here we can see a preview of Rate & Follow (Default Template). Click on "Close" to close the preview.

Additional Email Template options.

There are other options available under the "Actions" drop down. You can Send mail, Preview, Edit, Duplicate/Clone, Delete or Deactivate the template.

Previewing a Template

Click on "Preview" to have a look at the Email template

A pop up with the Email template will appear on the screen. Click on "Close" to close the Preview Template.

Duplicating a Template

If you want to Duplicate/Clone an E-mail template click on Actions and then click on "Duplicate/Clone"

A success message will appear for "Template duplicated"

Deleting a Template

If you want to delate a template, click on Actions and then click on "Delete"

Click on "Yes, delete template"

A success message will appear for "Template deleted"

Activating a Template

You can also Activate the template by clicking on "Activate"

A success message will appear for "Template activated"
